Refund & Cancellation Policy – A S Construction

We try our best to ensure 100% client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of the construction industry:

 1. Advance Payments

All paid advances are non-refundable once the project planning, design, or procurement has begun.

 2. Service Cancellation

If a client cancels the service after approval:

  • Expenses on design, material procurement, and labor must be borne by the client.
  • Refund (if any) will be processed only after deduction of actual costs incurred.

 3. Situations Where Refund is Not Possible

  • Work already executed on site
  • Custom/ordered materials already purchased
  • Delays caused by the client

 4. Quality Issues

If any quality concerns arise:

  • We will inspect and correct the issue based on project warranty guidelines.
  • Refund is not applicable for quality-related claims — but rectification/repair will be provided.

 5. Processing Time

Eligible refunds will be credited within 7–14 business days through the original payment mode.
